DW World Media congratulates Faatemah on her recent hosting and judging appearance at the Hair Wars 2011 Finale Vegas Edition! Sponsored by RUSK, eventgoers were dazzled by a night of hair, music and fashion at Moon Nightclub inside the Palms Casino & Resort.
Five Las Vegas salons took the catwalk to showcase their avante garde ‘dos and vie for the ultimate “Champion of Champions” title. Faatemah teamed with Beauty Launchpad‘s Alyson Kerr to judge the competition, ultimately giving the top prize to Square Salon.
“From the moment I arrived, Vegas was electric,” said Faatemah. “The city is all about glitz, glam and a 4-inch heel. At Palms, I fell under the spell of Moon’s deejay and the over-the-top innovation of the competing salons. I have hosted many events and judged countless hair competitions, but none were as hair-raising as the Hair Wars finale!”
