4. Don’t just address the positive — give solutions to the negatives

If there is a rumor being talked about or a negative review being spread, don’t ignore it. Address it. Let your followers know what is valid and what is not. If it is a bad review then show that their opinion was listened to and you will do what you can to solve the issue or bring clarity. . These are great opportunities to learn lessons, but know that you could never please everyone all the time.
