5 . Close on a happy note
They took the time out to talk about your brand. Tell them personally about a new promotion they would like, or give out a small gift once in awhile. Make it memorable. It will make you stand out from the rest. Give them something to smile about like a compliment or a salutation. Tell them good luck if they mentioned your brand while mentioning an upcoming exam or sports game.
After taking time out to cater to consumers, they will remember the moment and probably share it with friends. It is win-win situation that cost you basically nothing.
