3. Make a Date
Set a lunch date, and I mean a real date! Don’t end with “let’s do lunch.” Instead, say, “I’m free the week of XYZ. Are you available to meet during one of those days?” Setting a firm date shows that you’re serious about connecting and keeps your conversation on your new contact’s mind.
